BF2 going for R89.00

Ok, so I just bought BF2 for R89.00 yesterday from Look & Listen in Cresta, not sure if thats a good price....and didnt have to wait for it to be ordered. Arent these games more expensive??

Strangely enough the game has a continues stream of new players, and you quickly work your way up the food chain.

I would suggest only playing local.

I would suggest staying off some of the flying servers until you are familiar with the game. Some of those pilots are too good

Also, make sure you are patched to version 1.41 ( ftp://ftp.games.saix.net/battlefield_2/patches )

nope there is only 1 patch of 500mb and its hosted locally so if you have a local only account it costs next to nothin

Yar, i bought myself the last two copies of BF2 "EA Classics release" from Musica for R89.

The following week i picked up a copy of BF Vietnam & WW2 mod for R50 from them as well. Good times

its odd, they have bf2 for cheap, and SF for cheap, but combined its one helluva price.

i hope SF will come out on a classics release too. sucky part of living in slummies is "everything's on order" so i'll prolly have to buy it online if i wanna play SF/AF/EF etc.
