BF2 LAN.

I see almost no-one plays this at LAN's.

Any reason why?

Really? When ever I tried changing them it said same key found somewhere else, when I looked there it wasn't.... FAIL

You have to remove all the settings and start from scratch. I use my joystick to fly and it works great!(jets)

I also see one cannot use the global unlocks when playing LAN?

I would love to play this for a whole weekend without worrying about bandwidth.

Anyone want to try and put a BF2 LAN together?

I have some networking equipment (switches cables etc) that could be used.

the amount of petrol you spend to to take your pc over to the LAN, will probaly be more than the actual bandwidth you use over the weekend. It works out to around R4.50 a gig of local bandwidth,

better weapons, better vehicles, better planes... faster action

You can set your config files to allow global unlocks, but when you jam online afterwards - punkbuster kicks you in the panty.

good question.... eish... we've never checked, always just us playing on local LAN, no good internet where we play.

I finnaly got the NAW mod discs from CeeBee and can not stop playing!

A lot faster than BF2.

And the unlocks are great! So are the maps.

Dunno how I'll ever go back to normal BF2.

At last my bandwidth cap is safe again.

Co Op play is also helluva lotta fun... us humans against the bots, then there is lots of players in the game
The bots can sometimes really kick our azzes!
