BF3 vs MWF3

You have just started a flame war :D

But my vote is also for BF3. It is EPIC!

At this stage I am going to say that MW3 is 100% better than BF3, because it friggin works.

I don't have any problems with punkbuster kicking me continuously from the game, the patches download and works, unlike BF3 where I have now already downloaded 14 Gb of data and still can't play the game. If it was just me I would have accepted it, but there are a large number of other players complaining about the same things, only be to ignored by EA/Dice. When other players offer a solution on the forums, EA delete the posts.

This type of attitude from EA is disappointing. I was looking forward to BF3, I even rented a server to play on. Then the trouble started with no positive response from EA, even though I contacted them several times.

At least I can play MW3, even though it seems so plastic.

First of all you cannot compare the two at all :/ Although you've got similar guns and soldiers and shooting and whatnot and I suppose this is stating the obvious, they've got two very different and distinctive styles of game play. To be honest, MW3 is like a pretty QUAKE with ACR's, Claymores and annoying "easy kill" pavelows. Fast and relentless action. It's very much every man for himself, unless you're playing some kind of S&D league. Don't get me wrong, I still love the game. Battlefield 3 is the more proper warfare "simulator". You actually have to be IN a chopper and FLYING it, semi-skillfully, to get kills, not magically pressing a button on a laptop and presto! Instant choppafreekillingspree. BF3 is much more focused on team work almost all the time. It takes a combination of soldier classes to win a round, not just a bunch of snipers camping out a hilltop. You actually get rewarded for team work. If you're looking for a fast shooter, MW3 is your game. More tactical warfare, go with BF3. I really like both of them, just depends on my mood.
 
I have a clan member who got his BF3 account banned because his player name was unacceptable ... lol (in retrospect, Pedo-Bear aint the most smartest name to go by). MW3 Has taken a Month and then some to grow on me.... hated it at first. Still not as good as BLOPS, but its ok. BF BC2 ruined my notions of ever buying a BF title ever again ....

Although it's better now, I must agree with you on the MW3 matter. I can't put my finger on it, but it's not entirely convinced me. The best COD for me is still MW2. I just loved the multiplayer maps. Maybe that's the issue. The maps feel a bit claustrophobic. Even BLOPS had better maps. BC2 was bad yes, but trust me, if you liked BF2, BF3 will definitely re-kindle the spark ;)

Yup pedo bear is a ridiculous name, why didn't they just offer to change his nick?

BF 3 is nothing like bfbc2. It's like bf 2 with graphics that are just out of this world insane. If you could afford to waste money on basically a map pack then you can afford to test out bf 3. If not you are the one losing out on arguably the greatest multiplayer game ever release. If COD on steroids. If you don't like armour, jets etc you can play IO.

I went onto steam the other day and put mw3 on my wishlist... No ways I'm paying for the game, but if they give it to me, I'll take it :p
