BFBC2 Patch download?

Wanted to try BFBC2 again on PC, haven't tried it for I think about 4 weeks. Saw that it had a couple of updates so I decided to let it run overnight since last night.

It is still patching now! How much content could have possibly been added in since I last played? Granted I have a 384K line but still. Did they change the whole game?
 
It is so big because it also includes the stuff for Vietnam. Which is awesome by the way!
 
Ah I noticed now when logging in theres a button for vietnam but of course I need a key to activate. The first Battlefield Vietnam I had I recall that hardly anyone played and in my mind it was better than BF2, but it was pretty much dead from the start in terms of online play. Wonder how active the new Vietnam will be locally? There was also a Spec Ops for BF2 add-on that I had and also recall there was hardly anyone playing it. Makes me nervous to get this new Vietnam.
 
what if i dont want the vietnam content now and only the updates :/ this sucks duck knaaters
 
Well the 2.4gb patch isn't that bad with ADSL. Just use a download manager and if you're capped it won't cost more than R50.

Unfortunately you dont have a choice as all is integrated.

Maybe ask a friend or nice MYBB member if he could send you a cd with the patch on it.

nah its just stupid 384 line sigh , cap isnt an issue . its just the waiting time .... but i am busy with the download at work atm, 4mb uncapped :P pausing randomly so the speeds dont bother the boss to much ... if she moans ill just say its cuz its uncapped lol
 
Ey. I'm having a problem with the patch. I downloaded the 2.4GB(v1.5) patch. It has an installation error. The patch says the files are corrupt. I checked other sites for help, uninstalled the game automatically and manually, even edited the registry, and tried patching but it still dont work.

Anyone who could please help me?

Edit: I tried extracting with Winrar, as well as checking where the patches are installed, and it seems that "patch62.p" is corrupted.
