Guys? Dude i don't believe in anything. Nor do i care for the bible but you make people like myself and many others look like chumps. You make atheism look worse than religion in all honesty.

Forget about my negative stereotype, that has nothing to do with the topic that I was commenting on. Me, being an in your face ass-hole atheist, has nothing to do with my comment that religion, provided this criminal a convincing argument for him to commit this crime.

So the guy who kill students blamed pc games, does that mean pc games are evil? That is basically what have just said. So pc games and music are the reason people do bad things or if you are a logical person with no hatred in your heart you blame the individual for finding an excuse. Don't you guys find the more the world is turning their back on religion the sicker people are becoming?

no, this criminal used religion as a scape goat for his own deeds, i am sure if he couldnt blame religion he would blame a bad upbringing/drugs/sisqo
 
As I said, this guy would have to come up with another reason in his personal mind to make this evil act acceptable to him. Religion made that easy for him, by providing chapter and verse. Lets take a trip into his minds and see if we can come up with an acceptable reason that we can use to justify doing such an act, without use of religion. It has to be have some sort of logic behind it. I can not think of a suitable reason in those conditions, nothing that provides that same amount of excuse the religion provides.

As to the world becoming sicker, maybe, but I will duck that by using this quote. "Good men do good things, Bad men do bad things, but it takes religion for Good men to do bad things"

AFAIK it was religious groups that blamed those killings on PC Games. I stand to be corrected.

Yup. I'm busy reading some world history at the moment and even before Christianity and mainstream religions people were acting psycho. Power, greed and pride were responsible for most of it.
