Big changes coming for Bolt and Uber

I say before any of these regulations are put in place there should be a detailed audit of every minister, department head, their families, extended family and friends to see who has ties to the taxi industry.

Some of the Taxis that drive in my area, is nowhere near roadworthy but alas they can do what they want while demanding others to abide by these laws.

I would also give my left nut if the taxi drivers have professional drivers licenses.
