I'm really desperate to get this problem sorted out. The contract was taken out last Friday 9 September already.
I've tried all avenues before posting here.
I changed from 8ta prepaid 072*** to 8ta contract. I requested that I would like to keep this number for my new contract. However I was issued with a new SIM card and the new number is now 081***
I tried calling 180 and I went back to Nashua Mobile where I took out the contract. No one is able to assist.
Is it possible for someone/anyone from 8ta to look into this matter and try and ensure that 072*** is the number that must be used for my contract?
