Big MultiChoice exodus as four high-profile executives resign

Four high-profile MultiChoice executives have resigned or have left the company in recent weeks, raising questions as to what is behind these departures.

This week, MultiChoice announced that the CEO of its South African operations, Mark Rayner, had resigned to “further his journey outside the group”.

The company said Rayner will leave MultiChoice on 30 November 2020 and that his successor will be announced “in the near future”

Is there something sinister about these people resigning? If not, then this is just click-baity.

Over the last while we have reflected on our ways of work and structure focusing on our efficiencies within the group. As part of this process, we have had some voluntary departures. We will continue to strive for efficiencies going forward.

RIP to my shares in DSTV, to be fair I've treated them as a right off ever since the lockdown.

4 Guys in a short span. Maybe they don't agree with MC's links to the CCP (China), Tencent and WeChat. Currently anybody in the world with links to the above mentioned are getting hammered. Europe has banned Huawei, TikTok and everybody else from China. Same in the Northern Americas, India and in Asia. Huawei is basically t**s up in China and Tencent is going the same way currently.
