Rofl... flame some more please?! gtfo... This forum is meant for people to ask for help... where would it be if nobody asked? Better to ask and get it done right than to not ask and get ripped off by some high school drop out low life who thinks he knows everything about a computer and works at one of the many corrupted companies in south africa...

Do you have any idea what the spyware etc is? I had some nasty trojan on my pc that I spent the last two days trying to remove. Eventually got it off with "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware"

I noticed that the different anti spyware tools only detect certain problems.

If you get specific errors, try Googling them and find tools to remove them. You may need to install different tools for the different infections

firstly read up about hijack this.This is such a great tool to really get rid of crap.Re3meber if her pc has a Trojan thats already kernal mode and hard coded in the registry..format buddy.:DThere is no fix for such viruses.AFAIK a format is the best option and backup of important info like all the rest said
