Very few people bother to vote in a municipal poll. The big one is the next national poll, and by then the ANC will be handing out free power to get people to vote for them.

Why would Soweto vote against them? I can see Ekurhuleni/Tshwane perhaps, but JHB will at best be a 50/50 thing.
