Big UPS to myBB Cell C Rep.

I would just like to thank the Cell C rep for sorting out my 1 month wait for a new handset. Long story short, I Had received a defective phone from Cell C a Month ago, the couriers came to pick it up 1 week later and yeah that was the last I heard from the guys.

I PM'd the Cell C rep and he took it upon himself to get my new handset delivered to me, which I received today. Whoop Whoop.

Thanks D. You truly are an asset to the Cell C franchise.

I second this "Big UPS to myBB Cell C Rep.", He / she helped me in the past as well, all issues are still not sorted, at least the Cell C Rep get things going, but on the flip side of the coin, Cell C must really get their act together when it comes to customer service especially their front shops.
