At least that is one of the lists that SA cant be in the top 10 for. We dont have enough bandwidth! eek!
Interesting, this report differs significantly from the spamhaus lists: http://www.spamhaus.org/ .
Begs the question of whether the list is for generating spam - or for relaying spam. Relaying would make sense, as the more internet users you have the more spam you'd receive.
