Billing Error for April 2011 ? [SOLVED]

Anyone come across a billing error during April 2011?

I know the standard reply is worm or updates - but just want to see if anyone else had an issue with data costs before blaming her?

My mom has a MyMeg600 for almost 3 years and never even gets near her cap. April though - they said she went over by pretty much 500MB on the dot.

We got the itemised sheet from them and I see on the 07 April traffic down is 5.1MB every few minutes while the PC is off - totalling 600MB in a single day. If it wasn't for that single odd day - she's be within her pattern ...

UPDATE : It was her bored husband that went on while she was at work and never told her ...
