SOLVED - Billing issues :(

I don't know what to say anymore.... I'm afraid of calling cell c billing department because each time I ask them to do something, they make things worst for me.

Ok... I have two accounts. One cellphone contract and one internet contract. My internet contract had over R2000 owed to me( it's a long story... it's posted in these forums a while back). I requested to have the credit transferred to my cellphone contract so that my cellphone contract won't get deducted from my account for at least a couple of months. They tell me it's done... I'm happy and move on with life.

Statement arrives a few weeks later and I notice the credit has been transfered to my cellphone account but the cellphone debits has been transfered to my internet account.... I get sad and angry at the same time. Trying to keep calm, I call billing department again. I explain the situation and they tell me not to worry as the debit order won't go off and will just go off the credit that is in the other account. I say ok fine.

End of month arrives I get an sms from my bank stating cellc has deducted money from me that equals the cellphone and internet account combined. The credit seems untouched. I am pissed and here I am. :mad:

Cell C rep... can you please help??

Ok..... Why did a debit order go thru this month when there is still funds in my account???? I thought this was solved????
 
I would put a stop on the debit order and tell them to invoice me for payment.
