Billing Question

okay, which of you are good at this.

My billing cycle ends on the 8th of each month. so from the 9th to the 8th is my cycle.

Im paying R505 for my Voice line + 4MBPS line. R206 + R299. Question is this, i want to upgrade to an 8mbps line at R399, but i know if i do it now, i will get a pro rata amount added to the current amount for the 4mbps line.

I dont want this to get ugly, so would it be wise, to upgrade just before my cycle ends, or how big a difference in cash amount would 10 days or so amount to.

My data is with Afrihost, so its just a matter of moving my 4mbps line to 8mbps and it going from R299 to R399

Reckon so, from past experience you'll see two extra line items, a credit for ?? - 8th for the 4MB line and a debit for the same period for 8MB (where ?? = date 8MB was activated).

thanks a bit nervous sometimes to upgrade, as i dont know what Telkom will do on the billing side lol
