In the middle of this entire "unusable service" debacle, I find that the Neotel Accounts department are also incapable.
Having signed a debit order when I took out my contract, I've just gotten an account saying that I am overdue for payment.
Not that I mind not paying them for a service that I'm not receiving, but I know who's going to be in legal problems if this continues.
WTF is going on there?
