@rain_mobile @rain_networks As far as I know, RAIN is pay as you earn, there’s no contract and you sleep stop using it and they’ll stop debiting or billing you. But now I’m being billed for services I’m not using, I’m not using the SIM card and my bill keeps going up. I called your consultant and I was told even if I don’t use it you guys will still allocate data and bill me. That doesn’t make sense, and the SIM card doesn’t even have data so that explanation is a lie.

So please, check when I used the SIM card and only charge me for that, update the bill amount on your system so I’ll pay and then unsuspend my services so I can use my SIM card.
