Billion 7202gr2 firewall setup

Hi

I want to enable RDP from a single external ip address.

I have setup Virtual server
port 3389 to my internal pc ip address

On the firewall, from inside, I must be able to do anything. From outside, only the rdp (3389), from a single IP address, must be allowed. How do I set this up?
Under packet filter, Do I set the default rules to forward or block.

When adding a rules, I need to set the following options. what do I set them to?
Application: Leave to "User Defined"
Reverse Direction:??
Packet Flow: In or Out


There is also a "Block WAN Request" option, which can be enabled or disabled. What does this do, and how does it relate to the packet filter options.

Any help would be great.

Not only did they help me with my settings, but I think I now understand firewalls better.

Although they first guy could only help me to a point, when he did not know something, he did not make something up (like some other people tend to do), he went to ask his colleague for the correct info.
