Billion ADSL Modem\Routers

Hey all

I was wondering where i can get my hands on a Billion ADSL Modem\router (4port non-wireless) in the PTA area. Been looking at the Billion website and ive phoned all the branches that they list who stock them, but they dont have any stock, and have no idea when they will be receiving more stock.

Can anyone shed some light as to where i can get one? Been looking for one for ages now!

MWeb has the Billion 7401VGP VoIP/WiFi ADSL2+ router for free but it is network locked. This probably only helps if you have MWeb as a service provider (or if you can unlock it) :). I took one from them because they said it was free. I also have Telkim's MEGA 100WR and use it instead because I connect to OpenWeb every now and then.
 
Tried that, no one has it, they say that Billion has no stock atm? And i ask when they will get stock, and EVERYONE of them says, dont know, we havent received stock for a while now?

Any other ideas?

You could always sucker telkom into giving you a 5102G and flash it with the billion firmware :D
 
you are probably looking for a router in the 52xx range, that's got 4 ports and is not wireless...... try the guys that import the billion and see if they can be of assistance.....

Try Telkom Direct in Menlyn. They have billions of Billion and Netgear routers of boxes on display. Not sure about the actual stock though
