Billion BiPAC 7300GRA port forwarding newbie

I am not too sure what I am doing wrong. I have entered the ports on the virtual server menu (portforwarding.com) but am still getting slow download speeds from emule and uTorrent gives me an error.

Hi there,

I'm also a newbie at this. I've followed portforwad.com's instructions and Azureus' to no avail.
I disabled DHCP and assigned my computer with a static IP. Then I changed the ports in Azureus and then entered all the info in the virtual server menu. I've also allowed my firewalls (Windows and Bitdefender) to allow the applications. I then ran a test to see if the port was opened but it said it wasn't. I want to download torrents and to play games over LAN but this is giving me a such a headache. Please help!
