I bought a Billion wireless ADSL router from Matrix Warehouse (they suck but were the only ones that had stock) and had a problem with the unit. I contacted Billion, who immediately replied, asked me to bring the unit to them directly, where they tested the unit, apologised for the problems caused, gave me a new unit (a later model too!) without me even asking! It was a rather weird experience, considering the level of service in this country, to be actually treated like a human being for a change.

I bought Billion on the recommendation of this forum, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them! Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
 
All these billion posts are really going to make me buy one, jeeezzz ;)
 
It was a 7202GR2, but I think its discontinued now, the new one is the 7300. Matrix always sell old stuff as you can see.
 
P.S. What model did you take back so we can avoid it ?

Once again thanks alot for the positive response.;)

Back to the PoiZoNouZ router, it was a faulty wireless card that the router was fitted with. So please stoke there is no need for alarm.

Any other questions you know were to reach us.

Oh and yes the 7202 is a great product. That must have been the bad apple in the packet!
