Do any has are familiar with the Sagem MA500 biometric resder. I get a meesage - Database full and it would not allow you to scan your finger. The other message is - Database empty. It run with the Impro IPX220 software.

You need to contact Impro. I suspect that the problem is software related rather than the scanner.

The MA500 supports up to 10000 templates before an unlock license is required for 50000 templates.

Either you have the 50 000 license and are selecting the wrong database on registration or you have the 10 000 license which is full.

I have had the same error before, (More than once)
Know it sounds stupid, But If i reboot the server , it sorts it out.

This normally happens when i try to access it via a RDP session while the IPX200 service is already running,or when i have tried to kill the services via Taskmanager. Maybe it thinks i'm trying to Jimmy it
