Biostar TP67B vs ASUS P8P67

What motherboard is better? The Biostar tp67b or the asus P8P67. I will be running a intel i7 2600k cpu and will overclock. will be running 4gb of ram and a radeon Hd6850

I bought an asus P8P67 pro and am quite happy with it. it's the only MB i've had as well where i've found the included windows management software useful. It's also very easy to overclock on, have mine at 4.6ghz no sweat, no need to change voltages even
