Birthday emails

Hi there

If you have received a birthday email by mistake today, we apologize. The reason is a legacy problem which had to be solved by providing a birthday to everyone which had an empty birthday field.

When we moved to the latest forum software, members were imported from a previous system. Unfortunately the profile fields broke when the birthday field was empty, and the bug fix was to define a birthday for all members with this empty field. 15 March was selected – hence the mass birthday wishes on this day.
