I know, sounds odd.

But I have my gmail account set up on my BB and I get my emails immediately. I get my emails too fast that gmail does not process my filters. So all my news letters that I dont want on my phone come through.

Anyone else have this problem?

Gmail first processes your filters then makes it available. I would rather check your filters first.

I use a Gmail account for a system that is based on international servers (auto reads emails into a database) and I've never had a problem with my filters not being correctly applied.

Filters working on my end as well. Only thing that drives me nuts is that if I read or delete a mail on my PC, it does not update on my BB... Any ideas anyone?

The filters are being applied correctly; I know that cause the email never appears in my inbox.

Are you using imap on your PC?

Did have IMAP previously, but removed it from my Outlook. But it's still enabled on my GMail account. Could that be the reason?
I could be wrong but unless you're using IMAP on your PC I dont see how it's going to update on your Blackberry.
Not at all. I have tried to disable IMAP; lets see if it works.
Your problem would seem to be a different one.

Do you have the advanced gmail plugin installed?

I find that it will not mark a unread mail as read on your phone, if you view it on the pc via webmail. If i archive the mail, it will archive it on the phone once i have read it on the phone.
Sync seem to work better from the phone to webmail.
