BIS Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to 'activate' the BIS on my '1st contract' so that I can start moving all my contacts over to my new phone. (2x Blackberry's - the 2nd must go back when I have done the 'big' move)
That contract is a Top Up 200 S
Each time I goto www.vodacom.co.za and goto "my services" and then click on "Blackberry" and then try activate the "Blackberry BIS" option, I confirm it and then get this error:

INFXCODE:206;INFXDESC:The specified table (o365_setup) is not in the database.;ISAMCODE:111

(It's not enabled yet)

I basically just need it for a month!
I've also tried using the *111# feature to enable it and can't find it.

Any assistance Vodacom rep?
The people on Twitter don't bother to help either.

Update on this!

I called 111 and it's a bit of a LOL :D moment for Vodacom.

Their systems are down and thus why I'm getting the error, the customer care consultants can't even help me.
