BiS Not Working

Hi

Since the weekend i have been having problems with my blackberry. I cant use BBM, Application World, Facebook or any other application that uses BiS. Most of the time my status show BiS is not connected.
I even tried updating my OS and registering everything again.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm with Vodacom via Nashua Mobile.

Did you phone Vodacom and ask them if you still have BIS Service running?

If yes, then its not your phone thats wrong, its the BIS. So many people are downloading with BIS its a mission browsing the internet.

I phoned Vodacom and they told me to go to Nashua. I went to Nashua and they told me i need to give them all the areas its not working so they can log a fault. I told them everywhere and they said there is nothing they can do.

I also hate it when I phone to report a problem and they ask you how many other people in your area is experiencing the same problem. Do they really think I'm going to walk around the neighbourhood and knock on every door and ask " Hi are you experiencing any problems with your cellphone service ?" .... then tick it off on my list....

There is no problems with Blackberry , perhaps just a network issue?

I would suggest that it gets escalated.

I have also been having the same issue in my area, but at my cousins house the BIS speeds fly, but at my house the BIS is barely usable, but my other phone has perfect signal? Whats up with that?
