Since when does it take 1 to 24 hours to extend you subscription for bis prepaid ?

I reactivated mine last night at 10pm like I always do the day before when it expires and now all of a susenden i have wait for it to activated

Never had this issue before ? What is up with vodacom ? channging things like they want to ???????

So cant wait for mtn to launch there prepaid bis !!!

Thanks VD someone is already looking into it for me. Actually surprised the guy has been calling me every hour on the hour to find out if it is working again.
The ladies, agent and her manager I spoke to this morning clearly didn’t know what I was talking about and thought I was activating it and clearly didn’t know what I meant by extending it.

I know activation take 1 to 24 hours to activate, but extending the sub doesn’t, normally it is immediately.

Can log into mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za now again bb is still not active still waiting for activation for that.
