It's not the 1st time i experienced this. In fact, usually it is the women who behave like hooligans in shopping centres. this woman came from behind and pushed me out of the way. I was still smiling and ready to apologise when she started swearing at me, then put her stuck up nose in the air and waltzed off. :wtf:

She literally put her made-up, miserable, wrinkly little face in mine and started calling my names. The woman is mad, I'm sure.

At that moment i was so peeved, I felt like ramming my trolley into her ... just so that she would get the message that its not okay to swear at someone who's done nothing to her.

She followed me all over the shop and swore at me. It was embarrassing and I have to admit, for the first time in my life I felt like smacking a woman in her face and to kick her backside.

From what you've said, this course of action would've been entirely justifiable and rounded off with a well-placed, "Oops, I'm sorry! I have no idea how that--" get in close as though to see if she's okay and *SLAM INTO HER ANKLES* again "--happened! ****, I'm so sorry!"

I would relish an opportunity like that

I suffer from chronic niceness, but once in a while someone like that rubs me up the wrong way ^.^

No offence, but I especially find older women - grannies as well that are the most unfriendly people in the shops. They push-in, swear and give you funny looks even if you smile at them.

Have a glass of your favorite beverage and just chill out. Nothing other people do to us is worth a second thought, some people by thier very nature are just twisted to the core. Best answer is to ignore and move on.

OMG!!!! why did you not get in her face and tell her exactly where to get off. no one should speak to anyone in that manner if you haven't done anything to her. grab her by her blouse/shirt whatever and make her realise she can't talk to people like that. i don't tolerate bitchiness like that. it's totally uncalled for.

grannies? no dude. All the grannies I've met have struck conversations with me and such and they were nice. Kids are the people who are crazy in malls!
