Are you refering to your WAN IP settings on the router? I believe they are specific to your installation.
 
I take my compliment back. Almost no connectivity all weekend again, tickets logged no response:

And always over a weekend when you need it most and support isn't reachable.

Unhappy (p.s. This is a 10 meg line)
 
@Bitco Representative:

I just saw you guys got a national spectrum license and can offer wireless links at 100MBs.

Fibrehoods are busy deploying in my Area and I will most definitely be switching over to a 100/50 Mb line in the near future when they complete.

I have a commercial 10/2 MB link with you. Are you considering offering a fibre/100mb wirless option to compete with fibre ?
If so I really dont mind waiting as the quality of your links are superb. You so far have been the best ISP I have had to date. I would really like to stick with your guys as your consistency and stability are fantastic. Vox/Mweb/WA Fibre accounts seem to have downtime from reading this forum and witnessing friends and family.

If you have options on the table let me know?
 
My Business BitCo contract is coming to an end in December and I am definitley cancelling it. My 10MB ADSL is wayyyy better.

BitCO throttles you to death :erm:
 
Anyone having issues with internet keep dropping in Durban?Getting really high pings and slow internet and keeps dropping the link completely
 
What is the default username/password for the bitco router? Trying to help family out with their wifi setup, but can't get into their router.

My "default" password I had to get by mailing BitCo support, as far as I know they don't by default give end users access and the username/password is not "admin/admin" like the other standard routers.

Internet down on the East Rand, I think it's the benoni tower station. Anyone els effected?

My link is working fine, West Rand, Roodepoort.
