I've sent ANOTHER follow up email to your sales team with regards to the company I work for looking at possibly Fibre services.

I have cc'd Mike in the email, please can you treat it as urgent. It's been nearly 3 weeks and no follow up contact has been made.

Are you not interested in new customers or what? Kind of hard having to punt your services to the company I work for, if you can't commit to a simple sales meeting.

Good Morning

The urgency of installation and confirmation of LOS is now become an issue as my previous ISP which was given 1 month notice for cancellation has disconnected early, it should have only been at month end.

I have acquired a date of the 27th of February 2015 from Bronwyn.

I am pleading, please expedite LOS and installation ASAP.

Mike, Garth....please could you put a word in, bribe, corrupt, steal, bully or even, ask nicely, etc etc ......it will be greatly appreciated.

At the moment we are fully booked and schedules are tight

I will ask the scheduling department to do what they can to try move you up the queue if we get any cancellations or delays

I understand your pain & hope to have you connected ASAP :)

If anything changes you will get a call from Bronwyn with an update

Well as sweet as the journey began with Bitco it is going to have to end. LOS is too poor and even after asking if I put up my own mounting point 3m higher than our highest point it was still declined. Was really looking forward to giving telkom the shun but anyways... Bitco if I may ask are there any plans on new towers in Randburg or am I just that unlucky that I am one of very few that cannot get LOS because of trees in the area? :P

eish ..........t-minus 10 days.....the suspense is bloody killing me, this LOS business is nerve racking!!

Are you guys aware of any issues of late regarding Hulu through Unotelly.

For the past week or so, buffering has been a issue which it never was.
I've done everything including disabling all wireless in the house and making sure only the TV is connected and it continues, so I know its not something running in the background.


PS - I'm loving the wow latency lately.

I gave up on Hulu. I think it's a programming thing on their side tbh. No other streaming I do buffers, only Hulu. I think there's other threads regarding the same issue. I'll try find it. I know I stumbled onto one at least.

I haven't noticed any issues with Hulu, but then I also haven't used it for a while. I'll test it out this afternoon and tonight.
 
Anyone else experiencing lag on CS:GO. Every...EVERY 10 seconds I get lag that lasts for a second or more.My deaths are caused by lag every time...so much fun in competitive. I'm not sure if this is bitco related or CS:GO server related.

I will be looking for a different ISP at the end of my contract. Too many issues
 
Good Evening all, To lazy to go through all 71 pages of the thread but with Bitco wireless is there a chance that a person can have a static IP? As I am looking at hosting my mail server at home for study purpose.

Unfortunately at this stage we don't have any plans for more high sites in Randburg as we have the area very well covered

really sorry we couldn't help you, trees are always a problem in and around this area :-(

No issues with HULU that we know of?

Might be a problem on the other side

Any other users having a problem to HULU?

well thats perfect. If I do move back to Edenvale then will def get them. shows there is perfect coverage where I am looking at

Great as we are busy building a new site in Edenvale to increase coverage and capacity
