At my work we have a 300/300 business fibre account but they cant give me usage statistics, really bitco? We pay 12k p/m but you cant even provide usage statistics?

What if they don't measure usage? Can't your edge device do that for you?
 
Yip, same on my side intermittent connect and disconnects!
 
Hey all. I haven’t posted here for a while. Been with bitco (home user) now close on 4 years. I think i can honestly say great service and internet up until now.

I was under the impression that bitco uses licensed spectrum? Can any one confirm?
 
Mmm... I don't know why but I've been having problems every night from 20h30 to 23h00, packet loss and even total disconnects.

I sometimes use VPN to my work which drops then, voice comes cut out and streaming also stops to buffer etc.

Funny enough a friend of mine reported exactly the same happens on his Bitco, even though he is connected to a different highsite.
 
I had this a few times too, logged a ticket and they reset my line, rebooted the switch and it was sorted.
Seemed to happen more after bad weather, not sure.
 
Spoke too soon, had 8 or more disconnects in November, almost no connectivity in December so far.
Log a ticket, they say interference on the connection, should be fine now. Next day down again.

They don’t seem very interested in fixing it. Must be Bitco’s way of getting rid of the last remaining pesky residential customers.
 
Was considering this type of connection for a probable business venture in the near future.
A bit nervous now..
