Bitco Tomato24 Error - cannot connect

Hi All. I am a bit of a noob. My router used to be identified as Bitco previously. When I returned from shopping today it identifies itself at Tomato24 and refuses to let me connect to my 10Mbps bitco wifi.

Has this happened to anyone? Will bitco sort this out remotely or what must I do.

A weekend without GTA Online is going to kill me :( I have mailed support but they cannot assist as it is the weekend.

Sounds like it reset to defaults. You'll have to contact bitco as you'll need some settings from them anyway. I doubt it would allow remote connections by default.
 
If your wireless ID has changed and you are unable to connect to it, switch the router off and keep it switched off until a Bitco field service technician visits the site.

My internet issue resolved in a jiffy this morning. This is coming from a noob who just followed their written instructions :)

Guys, can you please help with the Tomato Router. I have the gate way and IP address but I cannot get this to work. Monday is too far . For bitco please
