Problem started on weekends. During the week i get 16-27(max) mbps DL speed. (20mbps line).
Weekend it drops to 1.8, 2.4 etc. Phone them, email support, nothing happens until Monday morning. Then all is well again.
This has been happening for over a month. Now it's weekdays to. Early morning 100% and when i get home after 3 it's down to almost nothing. Tech guys came out to check my equipment (which i told them is not the problem). It's obvious i'm getting capped/throttled or something.
Now to get hold of anyone else than the "support" staff is impossible. There's a sales and support email / phone nr. Nothing else.
I want to speak to someone high up and tell him to FCKING FIX my wireless.

@BitCo - you pathetic pieces of cruntbreath a$$holes. I've had it.

What antennae do you have on your roof?

A square one ? I don't know, the one they installed.
Trying to determine if it runs on 5Ghz ISM bands, if so it might not be fixable. It's typical congestion you seeing, most likely on the last mile and in your case most likely interference on the microwave link between your house and the tower

I'm not that tech smart, by congestion you mean there's too many users ?

Could be as simple as too many users on a tower but post a pic of your antennae if you can. Most wireless kit runs on unlicensed frequencies, so this means bitco does not have exclusive use of that frequency - other wireless providers, your neighbours wifi, etc can all cause interference, and it happens at peak times when everyone is using their net.

If it is congestion on the ISM band nothing really Bitco or anyone can do and best is try to move providers - if you can

I'll take a photo and post it. Thanks for your reply, appreciate it.
