Initially when we took out our bitco contract in 2014 we were told by the sales man that the equipment would be ours after 12 months. We only signed the quote and no T&C's but i see that the T&C's online changed in 2015.
We have now cancelled with them after being with them for over 2 years and they want to come get their equipment. We asked how much it would be to keep it all and this was the answer:
Pole: R488.65
Bracket: R1450.00
Cable: R867.00
Dish: R1957.50 ex
Switch: R3500 ex
Doesn't this seem a bit exorbitant? Its old technology and they confirmed that it doesn't get used again? Also we have just waterproofed our roof and now they will probably mess that up.
Anyone else had this issue?
