for sure, I just tested if this can work.

I now know how to configure it.

So going to fire up the one server and test it there it's 4 x GTX960 i7 machine

You clearly are clueless. Lol. Go read on the efficiency about nvidia mining.

How so sir?

I am testing it out, why does that make me clueless? I just so hapen to have this machine standing around so does that now all a sudden make me clueless for trying?

Because I told you the efficiency about GPU mining. But go ahead ;). Let us know when you spend 50K and make 0.1BTC.

No no no. I want to know exactly how this:
for sure, I just tested if this can work.

I now know how to configure it.

So going to fire up the one server and test it there it's 4 x GTX960 i7 machine

all a sudden makes me clueless.

Please share it with me, perhaps read my OP again expecially this part:
I have free/subsidized electricity.

And also read this part:
going to fire up the one server and test it there

I have not spend a single cent yet so I am very interested why I am now suddenly clueless?

Perhaps you missed this:
and test it there

Because GPU mining is obsolete, so you're going to just damage your hardware. If you test it for a day cool, run it for months on end full blast. Lets see how long your soldering points last ;)

I know you have not spent a single cent, but you want to spend 50K on those ASIC miners. So hence i said let us know when you make 0.1BTC. If you're looking to make a quick buck, this is not the way you're going to get it.

And you're just coming across as clueless to me, you have not bothered to do any research into this field. A little bit of due diligence go's a long way instead of people spoon feeding you.

Etherium mining is still possible on GPU/CPU's, rather mine that instead of BTC.

Instead of buying 10 Antminers, just get the one and see how it goes?
That's a fair chunk of cash to drop on a thing you don't really know anything about.

You've probably never bought or used a cryptocurrency before? Seriously - don't just drop the cash on this because the numbers look good. Get a bit of familiarity with the thing you're dealing with.

8 years ago you wouldn't have need much in the way of kit to make some decent cash off of BitCoin.

If you can get free electricity it's worth doing.

If you have to pay for the electricity you definitely won't make much money. Looked into it at the start of the year, the bitcoin mining boat has sailed apart from if you'd like to do it as a hobby/fun.

I'm more looking for some aggressive growth/profit opportunities lately.

I did a bit of dogecoin mining a year or 2 ago, until I lost my wallet...kek. . Even back then the boat had sailed.
