Looks like imminent. Broke through but quickly pushed back up hoping nobody will notice. I think $9700 soon.

Edit: Broke out and went back to retest support and failed twice making lower highs for the last 8 hours. I think this might be the top.

Hard to say. Apparently whales have been offloading their BTC around $9900 whilst others were buying it up with FOMO expecting over $10k. So could mean that they're done and the price will be pushed down now. It has the potential to drop all the way to $9300 pretty fast like the $300 drop just now.

I haven't made any trades yesterday or today. To buy now is risky to me as there is no obvious support zone as yet. If I had bought BTC I would hold unless I was already in profit. Then I would sell and wait for the next move.

Edit: It just made the first move down to the support. The support could be strong enough and hold but people might start getting bearish again.

So far so good. I went 1/3 in here because there is potential to bounce as it is oversold. If it drops some more I will go another 1/3 in and if shows signs of taking off I will go the last 1/3 in.

Almost made it to $9700 before the massive dump.

I expected another attempt at $10k before the next dump because it was so close. The $9300 support broke which should have held if $10k was on the cards. Looking very bearish now. Ascending wedge in a bear flag which could mean $9k is on the menu today.

Edit2: Broke out of the wedge but went back up afterwards to test the bottom of the flag and broke back inside. It's still inside the flag.

SEC deciding on Ethereum status as a security or not today. Not sure if they'll reach a decision today or postpone.
 
in any case - i like that 8800-8900 area for a buy.

on the other end back to my tune of long above 9.4K
 
Dump imminent. I'm not sure where to buy on Luno. Sometimes people just start buying and push the price up. Could have bought twice today at R120700 and made a percent or so. The bigger picture says down soon so I stayed out of the game.

Eish hectic. I've been waiting patiently since this morning. Dump came 5 hours later than I thought. Felt like I was missing out on possible returns but trusted the bearish signs on the chart. Dump was imminent so played it safe. One more dump and R120k should break on Luno. Aiming to buy at around R118k.

nah just playing around with a bitmex test account --- interface is way to complicated.

want to get the 100X leverage short at 10k:D wouldnt that be sweet

had orders on bitfinex at 10050 and 10100 -- was hopping it would wick and drop. but allas 9990 is all we got!
