He seems to know more about crypto than most here.

I know he was on a huge rig building mission in the past and takes an interest in the topic based on some posts, but if only he could consistently translate that knowledge into coherent English. ;)

I suspect from time to time his toe shoes get a bit too tight and cause some sort of short circuit. :p

I can see something like this happening over the next few days. Down to around $5800.
Yeah that $5000 - $6000 area seems very likely at this point. Especially if the habitual Sunday night / monday red candle comes along, $5800 could be how we start the week.

Loosing my faith in crypto mining for now, found another expensive hobby.

Speaking of when does loadshedding start in city of cape Town, I'll need to make sure the buildings generator works for the rigs.
Isn't that more expensive than leaving them off? Also computer electronics aren't too kind with generators.

I've seen those Wyckoff charts on Tradingview. Looks like it's been following fairly closely. The thing with these charts though is that once they become public knowledge it won't work anymore. If the price goes sideways or down then some people have to lose money for others to make money. So if everyone believes it is going to go down it won't. Same for going up.

There's also people who believe the news influences the price. Maybe to a small extent but hardly much. When the price was close to $10k just over a month ago, I don't recall there being any major bad news at all, even whilst it dropped. Yet it came down 30%. Now that we are close to $6k there's talk about Tether manipulation etc. The same sort of thing happened after the previous drop during March. Yet that is when we stopped dropping.

So I pretty much don't give much attention to the news now.

Decision time coming soon. The price has not much more room to move. Are we going to have a Sunday night pump or dump?

Forgive me for this..... but i seriously watch this thread on a daily basis, in absolute fascination, love the graphs and all.... but as a child of the 80's ...... it all reminds me of this.....

Potential toilet formation preceding the dump...

So it was dump. Lets see how far this goes. 1000BTC just sold on Bitfinex.

Still within the triangle though. Can still do another trip up to kill some shorts.

Could also be setting up for a descending price pattern which would require another low to establish it.

BTC gonna get hemorrhoids from trying to push so hard.

Maybe even this.
Whatever.
Point being that it feels like the price needs to go down again to establish some kind of pattern.

Yeah looking at the bigger picture it should go down. It's still close to that long term support (now resistance at around $6800/$6900). Plenty of people would have bought around $6800 expecting a bounce. If the price goes above there now it makes things too easy for them. So even if there is a rally up from $6500, we should fall hard from the $6800/$6900 region.

Zoomed in, I don't see us breaking the yellow region soon without more buying power. That can only happen if we go down first.

It's still in the triangle. Looking back we didn't have massive drops after the previous triangles and given that it is at a fairly low price now I've gotten back in. Think it's a bit too soon for another big drop. Also found a fractal where a revisit of $6800 is possible. So will look to sell again if/when the price gets to around $6700.

Edit: Shorts are also up again in the last day. So a squeeze could power a small move up.
