GetRight can do normal internet files as automatic.dont know bout a torrent manager that can

using azureus, have a major NAT problem. tried everything in the Az wiki, which I thought was quite good, short of irc'ing them. getting crap speeds of like up to 12kb/s only. quote from help-file is if you're on a vpn you can't do much to improve performance. am i on a vpn? how do i tell?
