Bitdefender and Mega 105WR

O man, i cudnt log into my modem due to BitDefender IS, switched off that firewall and windows and no luck. No net for a week due to this flipping antivirus or shud i say modem. Telkom technician told me that Bitdefender does this to the Mega 105 and previously Mega 100?? Y?
My solution was to uninstall bitdefender and reinstall it. What a pain.:mad:

Once more for the dummies please: But in english this time, if it's not too much trouble. Perhaps then someone may be able to help.
