How do I work out how much this'll use per hour to stream, please?

I used to know, but I'm confusing myself with the calculations
 
(1.411 Mbps x 3600 seconds in an hour) / 8 = 634.95MB

Megabit is 1/8 as big as a Megabyte.

What music are you listening to online that requires 1.4Mb/s?

That's like a 720p yt video stream.
