Bitfarm problems

I recently realised my Bitfarm Account has been disabled. No reason was given as to why, and I'm unable to contact any of the mods. Any suggestions as to how I can activate my account again?

afaik they get disabled if you are not active, or leech without seeding anything.

Ja, this is the reason. They are actively disconnecting people who don't use the service or who have low sharing ratios. They want to keep it trim and neat for those who actively share. There are big signs everywhere about the sharing and ratios.
