Bizzare Chrome Android issue

Happy monday people, can someone please help me out on this.

I am experiencing a weird thing with Google Chrome on my Android phone, I can not for the love of me, click "allow" or "deny" prompts in google chrome on my android (see red blocks on the image below)


Funny thing is, I have access to those buttons in the google app, but chrome just won't let me, I can even do anything without clicking the buttons. I have disabled chrome, rebooted the phone, reinstalled, nothing works. Any advice?
I can't think of any app that might be causing this.

did you manage to solve this? try another browser? I would clean the screen and check if the screen accepts touches in that area.

Different browsers work, Chrome however won't work!
Rather frustrating because I prefer Chrome on my mobile.
