The Black Friday special was R749 on the flip 5 but the agent gave me R1050 and now it's up to 1080 and debit orders are going off soon so what happens now.
The agent Koketso is negotiating with me for R900 and for the assistant manager Brenda wow she needs serious training because she can't handle anything she's telling her employee to communicate with me on WhatsApp and she's got nothing to do with it meaning the store is out of there hand

Can someone tell me how to talk to a real person at MTN support? I have tried different combinations after phoning 135 but no luck. I did send them an email with my issue, but I received a reply that I must phone 135:X3:
