Black Ops lag caused by live stat streaming?

Come on Treyarch, my game is coming tomorrow (after a small mishap with kalahari who generously gave me a R100 voucher :D)so sort this out so i can play with no hitches :). These days i feel the community is fixing the problems for the developers O_o
 
aha , im glad Dante found the issue (and hopefully got paid for it ) as this is my main problem and i dont have cash to upgrade to a shoddy 4mb line !!! FIX IT NAO !
