Well, I issued two new 9800 to a client and the other to a friend. I sat with my friend while she played with it and I have to say it is a beautiful phone with a great screen. Very clear. People complained that the processor is too slow...but I found it to be very responsive regardless. I wish I had one! So unfair! :-(
