What's up with it today? Surfing is impossible - local or international.

Not receiving any emails either, since about 11:45, however sending appears to work :confused:
 
Didnt realise that was also down. Hope they sort it out soon.

I still haven't managed to clear my Inbox in between the double Load Shedding from ****ty Power here in Jhb and both SAIX & IS ADSL accounts giving problems and then HSDPA as well - I keep having to switch between them :(. IMO SAIX has some intermittent DNS problems that could be affecting Vodacom's DNS as well.

We do fall back to them, so I wonder....

But if both the primary (VC) and secondary (SAIX) DNS servers gave up the ghost it would explain the problems yesterday.
 
I can browse vodacom live - apparently that is all they can guarantee. :o
 
just got word from VC 155 they reckon that BB is doing a huge upgrade of some sorts something about satelite secondary link is taking on strain wrt to traffic.And this would only be sorted out on the 21st only

is this true V3G ?
 
My attachments on mail comes through very slow - takes about 5min for a JPG to download
 
Got the same story (from 155) about the one server being down due to upgrades. Only available on the 21st. Lets hope it is the BIS upgrades for OS 4.5
