Blackberry Help

Hey all i need some assistance, i have a client who has a blackberry on BIS but every time he receives an email he gets 2 of the same email. He has a standard pop box that the BIS downloads from so i cant figure out why it downloads twice.

Check the setting on the BIS website, my guess is he configured the same service twice.

I have checked it out and only one valid account is setup on there

I will give a full break down as to how it is setup:

Basically the mail server hosted by isp has a catchall and a pop box for user A
Then an exchange server at premises download from the catchall and pop box A every 30mins
Now i have setup the BIS to download from the server at isp for user with pop box A
only email sent from outside the office get duplicated

Any other ways to configure BIS for exchange??
