I have a complaint about Cell C service.. Its a long story so please bare with me and let me know if anyone else is having the same struggle, also please let me know who i can REALLY complain to.
I have been trying to upgrade my contract for over a MONTH at this point and i keep getting the run around i wanted the the iphone 16 initially and no one got back to me for 2 weeks. then i decided i wanted the 17 instead just to be informed when i called that the 16 was being delivered that very day. in all this i wanted to open a new contract as well so i could get 2 phones but they were sending one phone which is not what i wanted.
i was informed i needed to cancel the initial order then i need to reapply after 24-48 hours - which i did. after close on to 2 months i am still trying to get assistance resolving this matter... they have debited my account 3 times to add a cherry on this whole story i am now in credit with them for R1800 but i cant get assistance to finalize 2 contracts. how is this even normal!!!!!
Please can any one help with a higher up person to contact as i have spoken to 2 different supervisors and they said they would call me back and you guessed it I'm still waiting for those calls....
