Oh. My. God. Stupidest thing ever. That SMS may have been sent out that's available, but all of the stores I've phoned have said that only means it's now available in the country, but none of the stores in Jo'burg will receive stock until end of the month from the warehouse. WTF?

My suggestion would be get it on a MTN top contract excluding bis which will be R319 x 24 = 7656-4800(Airtime value R200 x 24) =2856 total buy in for the hand set R2856 -- If you have the cash just leave it in MTN account. So you know your hand set is paid up to date over 24months but R6058 cash is a good price - Vodacom are selling them in the region of R7000 +

Read that the Torch doesn't come with a holster (pocket/skin). If this is true where could one by it? I just want to keep it all shiny and new for as long as possible (once I get it)

Pretty poor show if BBs premium phone doesn't come with their nice leather pouch, although I must be honest - I far prefer the skin for the back and a screen guard. I am sure they will be available shortly. Also keep an eye on Bidorbuy, people will be offering it on there, I have no doubt.
